Therefore, the 6kW off vehicle charger scheme based on Infineon tc233 + ipw65r041cfd power device is introduced. It is mainly used in off-board charging of pure electric vehicles or hybrid electric vehicles. The main architecture adopts PFC + LLC architecture, and the standard CAN bus design is adopted in the control and communication part, which can communicate with the vehicle in real time. The output voltage and current of the charger can be controlled through can, and the current working state of the charger can be read.
